Welcome to HeartShine's annual cancer-fundraiser pageant that is perfect for those at any experience level. Let your inner-beauty shine for a cause in SACRAMENTO, Sept. 9th 2023! There is also a Barn Dance and Karaoke benefit event on Friday that is also open to the community for $10 a ticket!

For Contestants:
$99 Basic Entry Fee results in ribbon and tiara prize package if not a top place award package
Prize Packages for Queens (1st place), Princesses (2nd runner-up), in every category as entry numbers allow
Categories Remain Seperate and Scoring Criteria Remains "Inner-Beauty" Focused
